　　乔治（杰拉德·巴特勒 Gerard Butler 饰）是一名足球运动员，曾经的风光岁月已然成为了过去，如今再也无人问津的他只好退出了绿茵场，重新回到了家庭之中。尽管生活上丰衣足食，但退役后的乔治始终觉得生命中缺少了一点什么，巧的是，乔治儿子的学校里有一只足球队，正好缺少一个教练，这个差事便落到了无所事事的乔治头上。
　　对于乔治来说，带领一帮小孩子踢足球并不难，真正难以招架的，是这些小队员的母亲们。面对乔治，这些如狼似虎的女人们发起了激烈的进攻，无不希望能够和这位英俊迷人的足球教练发生点什么。在应付这些女人的同时，乔治还得想办法修复自己和家庭之间常年冷淡的关系，面对无孔不入的诱惑，乔治能够坚守他的节操吗？
