简　　介

　　全国制覇をたくらむ関西十文字組の策謀に呼応して、各地で一斉に同系列の暴力団が動き始めた。当然、警察の動きも活発になった。北海道?札幌。暴力団取締りの中心にいた大西警部が殺されるという事件が起きた。犯人は、十文字系列の組の幹部?杉谷で、彼はすでに女連れで札幌から姿を消していた。大西警部直属の部下である西野警部補は、杉谷を追って北海道の最南端まで辿り着いたが、杉谷は下北半島に渡った後だった。しかも、杉谷と共に逃げているのは西野の妻?真穂である事が判明した。
